The standalone version of this program (with IO enabled) can be downloaded as IGESWing.jar

On Internet Explorer you will have to dowload the following ZIP file and run the enclosed .jar file IGESWing.zip

You may also need Java Runtime Environment 1.5.0 (JRE 5.0) or later.  

The jar file includes the source code and was built using NetBeans 5.0
